Adidas AE1 “Best of Adidas”

The adidas AE1 "Best of Adi" is a colorway of Anthony Edwards’ first signature shoe with adidas Basketball inspired by an original style of Kobe Bryant’s adidas Crazy 1. The shoe we’re referring to is the adidas Crazy 1 “Stormtrooper,” or as it was known back in the day, the adidas KOBE 1 “Stormtrooper.” The adidas AE1 “Best of Adi” or “Stormtrooper” has a similar black-and-white color scheme as the late basketball legend’s adidas Crazy 1 shoe. Specifically, the upper features a black knit textile base contrast with a white TPU “cage” with perforations in a honeycomb pattern that assist in breathability. Edwards’ signature branding appears on the woven tongue tag, while adidas Three Stripes branding can be found on the heel. Underfoot, the midsole is designed with a combination of adidas’s Boost and Lightstrike cushioning for superior performance and energy return
